Purpose: |
Develop uniform rules on specific outdoor advertising regulatory areas that can be applied nationwide. |

| Appointment and Membership: |
This is an administrative committee whose members consist of NAHBA volunteers. Committee members serve for one (1) year terms and can be reappointed to the committee for consecutive years. |
| |
| Meetings: |
Committee shall meet at the annual meeting of the organization to discuss the agenda for the upcoming year. The committee may have other telephonic meetings as the Chairperson may determine. |
